Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Guests who have done full payment can only cancel or modify their reservation for a refund. They can ask for refund 10 days before arrival date, subject to GST deduction.

2. Security Deposit: A refundable Rs 5000 deposit is required at check-in for incidental charges or damages. Upon satisfactory inspection, the deposit will be refunded within 1 day from the date of the checkout. Any additional charges or damages will be invoiced accordingly.

3. No refunds is allowed after checkout for whatsoever reasons, it will be considered as a full stay.

We encourage our guests to carefully consider their travel plans before making a reservation, as once booked, our policy dictates that cancellations are non-refundable.
